Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchange
You can exchange items purchased from Uniglo Jewels within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging, tags, certificates, and documentation.
Non-Exchangeable Items
Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry; including engraved items, name pendants, bracelets with special messages, and custom designs; are not eligible for exchange. These pieces are made uniquely for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Start an Exchange
To start an exchange, contact our customer support team with your order number and details about the item you want to exchange. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Exchange Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item to make sure it meets our conditions, we will process your exchange promptly. Depending on availability, you can select a replacement item or opt for store credit toward a future purchase.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs for exchanges are usually the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise arranged. We recommend using tracked shipping to ensure your item returns safely.
Important
Due to the design of eternity bands and similar continuous stone settings, resizing or exchanging these rings is generally not possible. We strongly encourage customers to verify ring sizes before purchasing these items.

Exclusions
Please note that personalized or custom-made jewelry usually does not qualify for buyback because of its unique nature and limited resale value.
